Trip Resell, part of the Trip Guaranty Group (hereinafter: the "Company"), respects the privacy of users who visit the website (hereinafter: the "Site") and/or use the information and various services offered through it, including the purchase of flight tickets, vacation packages, and travel products (hereinafter: the "Services"). The purpose of this policy is to explain how the Company collects, uses, and safeguards your information.

The Company may amend the provisions of this privacy policy from time to time in accordance with technological, business, or legal developments. The updated version will be published on the site, and continued use of the site will constitute agreement to such changes.

Collection and Use of Information

The Company collects information in order to enable transactions on the site, and in particular for the purpose of transferring ownership of flight tickets and carrying out name changes with travel suppliers and airlines.

The information collected is also used to improve the site, to contact the customer regarding order status, to send tickets and invoices, and for marketing and statistical purposes (subject to user consent).

The Company may collect two types of information:

• Personally identifiable information: full name (as it appears on the passport), passport number, date of birth, email address, phone number, and payment details. This information is provided by you voluntarily when placing an order.
• Statistical (non-identifying) information: browser type, IP address, pages viewed, time spent on the site, and similar data.

Disclosure of Information to Third Parties

The Company undertakes not to transfer your personal details to third parties, except in the following instances, which are necessary for providing the Service:

• Transferring passenger details (name, passport) to travel suppliers, airlines, wholesalers, and hotels for the purpose of issuing tickets and booking the vacation in your name;
• To credit card processing companies for the purpose of processing payment;
• In the event of a legal dispute, court order, or demand from a competent authority; or
• Within the framework of business collaborations with companies affiliated with the Trip Guaranty Group, solely for the purpose of providing the service or relevant offers.

Personal Information and Marketing Communications

The information you provide will be stored in the Company's databases in accordance with the Privacy Protection Law.

Direct marketing: Subject to your consent (by checking the relevant box on the registration form or when making a purchase), the Company may send you information about hot deals, price drops, and travel opportunities that may interest you. You may unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time by clicking "unsubscribe" in the body of the message.

Cookies and Monitoring Tools

The site uses "cookies" and analytical tools (such as Google Analytics) to improve your browsing experience, remember your preferences, and present personalized offers. You may change your browser settings to block cookies, but some of the site's features may not function properly as a result.

Data Security
